Alibaba has developed a new way to solve the gap between online and offline Market.
If you want to buy some product then what do you do, basically you have two option to go to the store or buy that online.

There is some product you like to buy online like electronic products but there is some product for which you have to go to the retail shop. As you can’t purchase those products without touching or without any trialability factor.

But Amazon has managed to solve that gap also as it opened an Online retail shop. Let’s read what can it do?

In China there is a new form of a retail shop is taking its shape which is a combination of both the online and offline market. Alibaba the company best known for its e-comers market has a belief that it is the dominating era of an online market so the combine all the retail shops.

Grocery stores


It is working very fast even the most traditional retail shop shops are adopting this new form of market change in unexpected and creative ways.

Let's start with the grocery stores, No one like the process of buying a grocery store, the big line you are in, but online is also not the best way but the solution for this is Hema.

Alibaba group customizes the store for the modern world for the best user experience. Scan and you will know all the details what you are buying. Here you can buy groceries, or fresh food cooked in front of you or either grocery or cooked can be delivered to your home.

All the delivery can happen 30min if your house in a 3km radius of Hema store as the delivery system is nearly half the size of the store. This idea is so good for the customers that actually people are moving to the nearest Hema locations.

Car company


Think about the problems you have faced in buying a car you have visited several stores to view the different car, that process is created more than 20 years ago.

Alibaba has created a car vending machine, you just need to go their select the car from your mobile phone and you will see all the specification, get an instant test drive and then talk to the salesman with no selling pressure on the salesperson. All brands of car in one place.

Modified retail shops

The process of retail shops are very old so Alibaba improved it, they make the shop online and created a mobile app that will help to buy from your nearby shop and it will be delivered to your home. It is also designed as an analytics system for the shop owners to track down their sell by each customer.

Malls

The big malls with fewer customers these days Alibaba also find out a solution for them. Think when you are buying a pair of jeans and it is not the right fit for you then you can’t buy that but in China, you only have to go to the machine and chose color and size of that jeans and those jeans will be delivered to you.

And for girls, if they want to buy some grooming product they have to stand in front of the screen and can see how you will look like then you can buy that product and even if that is not available then that will be delivered to you.
